• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to be aware of current and future hiring and business needs
• Keep up to date the recruiting plan
• Post vacancies in newspaper advertisements, internet
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
• Development and keep the relationship with the recruitment agencies
• Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
• Involved in interviewing and selecting employees, assess soft skills;
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Advise managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures
• Ensure consistent application of human resources policies and procedures throughout the company, detect and avoid conflicts of interest
• Assist the HR team with other projects and tasks specific for the HR department
• University Degree
• Minimum two years of recruitment expertise
• Good knowledge about labor laws and human resource practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills (able to “read” between lines and behind faces)
• Good organizational skills
• Loyal and honest, example with high ethical standard
• Flexible and mobile, able and willing to work in Timisoara and/or in Arad, based on business needs
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Driving License
