RESPONSABILITATI

ROLE - Staffing Manager - an experienced people/process manager , to lead (as an in-house account manager) a team of recruitment specialists within a major US multinational technology products manufacturer support a major Timisoara client , who will:
- ensure all open slots are filled within the parameters of the SLAs (service level agreements)
- resource open slots - media advertising, web advertising, web-searching, agency management, networking, etc
- interview - screening candidates for client through CV screening, competency based interviewing, etc.
- selection - facilitating objective decisions on candidate(s) of choice
- offer management - negotiations, references, offer letter, contract, visas, etc
- management reporting - against SLA
- HR support - other operational HR tasks/projects as required by client etc.


CERINTE

- 3+ years sales/resourcing experience in a recruitment consultancy
- strong leader (vision, values and standards), manager (processes, routines, drumbeat, metrics) and coach (enable, support, and exception manage)
- Previous team management experience - min 1 year
- energetic , dynamic, self confident but humble, extrovert
- Romanian national with a good understanding of Timisoara business culture
- languages - minimum English and Romanian speaker - Hungarian ideal
- customer service - proven ability to be pro-active and responsive to customers' needs
- communication - confident and articulate - written, verbal,telephone, and formal presentations
- IT literate - MS Office, email, web
- a background in electronics manufacturing, and hence an understanding of the processes and terminology, would be a real advantage
- 2+ years in a client-side HR or resourcing role
- ideally some multinational company experience
- previous experience in a resourcing role in Timisoara/Romania - understanding of the various roles and challenges within a modern HR environment
- degree minimum in relevant business topic - ideally HR
- ideally and understanding and some experience of LeanSigma tools and methodologies
