- Consult the management team on all HR related topics
- Ensure the company attracts, trains, reward employees according to business needs
- Manage the local HR team
- Ensure all necessary HR processes and policies are in place to meet local legislation, and that they follow corporate standards
- Secure an efficiently managed recruitment and induction process
- Develop and maintain needed compensation and benefits programs
- Create and implement training plans and actions
- Manage employee relations
- Overall development of HR related activities in the unit, such as succession planning, retention, performance management, internal communications, employee satisfaction and HR Development
- 3 + years experience as a HR Business Partner, developing and implementing HR programs that are driven by business needs, with experience at management level
- Experience of operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment combined with excellent knowledge of labour legislation
- Excellent appreciation/experience of labour legislation
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- The energy, enthusiasm, intellect and resilience to help drive the HR team and achieve best-in-class business performance
- Strong supportive and best for the team/business personality – support, challenge, persuade/influence, drive resolution
- Previous experience in an international environment is a strong advantage
