¿ To provide advice and support to the management team in all matters relating to personnel policy, rewards, welfare and the discipline of employees.
¿ To maintain up to date Personnel records.
¿ To maintain up to date Training records.
¿ To manage the Payroll function.
¿ Record Keeping.
¿ Employee Monitoring.
¿ Personnel Administration.
¿ Communication.
¿ Recruitment:All administration relating to job applications, writing and placing of recruitment advertisements, evaluating applications, arranging and interviewing Applicants with the relevant Manager, writing Offer letters etc.
¿ Induction of new Staff.
¿ Updating manual and computer based personnel and training records.
¿ Arrange and oversee annual Appraisal¿s for all staff.
¿ Arrange Training Courses as required.
¿ Handling of incoming H.R. mail and the compilation and typing of day-to-day H.R. correspondence.
¿ Providing Employee information to Government agencies (e.g. Social Security, Department of Employment etc).
¿ Employee Monitoring.
¿ Arrange and conduct Disciplinary Hearings and all related documentation.
¿ Generate and issue Company Procedures and Policies and ensure they are complied with.
¿ Generation of in house H.R. Forms.
¿ Provide and manage the Payroll function, ensuring all required legislation is adhered to with regard to taxation and national insurance contributions.
¿ Any other duties that may be required and that the employee may reasonably be asked to undertake.
¿ Academic qualification or proven background in Human Resource administration.
¿ Knowledge of basic Employment Law.
¿ Awareness of general Health and Safety at work.
¿ Knowledge of Payroll function, with experience of current legislation.
¿ Able to operate computer programs.
¿ Good communication skills.
¿ Awareness of quality requirements.
¿ Able to prioritise and organise workload effectively.

Our customer is a new multinational automotive plant located on Industrial Platform Nadab, active in production of silicone hoses for automotive industry.
