Minimim 1 year experience in recruitment and selection area would be a big plus;
You have to be: committed, driven by the desire to succeed, a positive thinker, pro-active, fast, open-minded and trustworthy, respectful towards yourself and everybody around you;
Availability to travel 30% of the working time is a must, as well as an advanced level of English and good computer skills.
