- Providing guidance and leadership to the HR team in the coordination and administration of service programs, in order to ensure that the services are provided accurately and in time;
- Maintaining and providing support to ensure service programs and systems database;
- Providing input into improvements required for any HR issue;
- Evaluating multiple highly detailed tasks;
- Determining priorities and organizing work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects;
- Providing HR consultancy service to managers;
- Elaborating HR reports;
- Participating/leading HR projects.
For one of our clients, a multinational company, world leader in electronic manufacturing services, we are looking for a Human Resources Consultant based in Oradea:
Previous similar experience, minimum 2 years;
PC skills (Word, Excell, Power Point , specific
HR databases);
Upper-intermediate English knowledge;
Good communication skills;
Quick learner, enthusiastic and open minded personality.
