RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for record - keeping & documentation; ensures that all personnel files are up to date and meet employment law requirements;
- Updates the workbooks, by registering all the changes that occur in employees' status;
- Monitors all sources of salary and benfit entitlement change such as collective agreement settlements, sick leave, overtime, holiday pay, increments, leaves of absence and merit increase changes and makes adjustments to initiate appropriate transactions;
- Monitors and checks time-tables and the written notifications for extra hours;
- Recruitment and selection - cv screening, offers, contracts of employment;
- Issues termination of employment documentation
- Employee relations - disciplinary liability.


CERINTE

- University dregree;
- HR inspector qualification - inspector of personnel;
- Minimum 2 year experience of working in an HR department;
- English - advanced level;
- A strong working knowledge of current employment legislation;
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and frequently changing priorities;
- Requires strong written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to process confidential and sensitive information;
- Ability to work in fast - paced, constantly changing environment.
