RESPONSABILITATI

-developing new products and new projects in accordance to customer requirements
-use of software for designing in harness for mass production
-develop the guidelines for production process with complete description of production standards
-design of workplaces and systems after working economic fundamentals
-implementation and maintenance of data concerning customers specifications
-implementing the Lean philosophy and toolbox (5S-SMED-TPM-Pull System) in work organization


CERINTE

-industrial engineer/or in graduate Engineering/Mechanical engineering with an emphasis in manufacturing engineering/industrial engineering
-ability for projects assistance in 2D/Excellent computer skills
-fluency in English needed/Germain is an advantage
- availability for relocation in Kitzingen, Germany/Willingness to go abroad for longer periods (3-5 years) and business trips
-high level of customer orientation, persuasion and conflict management capability for the implementation of efficiency enhancing measures of social and intercultural competence

Positions will be future based in our central location in Kitzingen(Germany) but the employees will be starting being intensively trained in our local engineering centers in Romania(Arad, Bistrita, Pitesti) as well as central (Kitzingen)in Germany

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
