- Coordinate the budgeting process;
- Report in compliance with the group accounting standards;
- Controlling expenses of the company, actual cost vs. budget analysis;
- Develops controlling tools to ensure accuracy of financial reporting;
- Review internal control procedures;
- Interaction with company’s Banks for fund raising;
- Preparing cash flow forecasts;
- Coordinating with head office on accounting and finance issues;
- Ongoing evaluation of performance of business processes;
- Identification and alert the management about potential risks;
- Making recommendations to management on financial, tax policies and possible improvements;
- Interaction with company’s Auditors.
- University degree; CPA/ACCA/CFA is a benefit;
- Very good knowledge and experience in using IAS and local accounting standards;
- Fluent English;
- Proven professional background, at least 3-5 years;
- Personality: independent, proactive, service minded, organized, analytical, detailed, structured, communicative;
- Experience in financial planning and analysis in a multinational company is a clear benefit;
- Controllership and setting up controlling processes;
- The person should be a dynamic and proactive team player;
- Accurate, with urgency in respecting deadlines, enthusiasm, organised, customer oriented, able to handle stress, motivated.
