In this position you are finally responsible for all accounting and controlling activities of the plant, by leading a team of four persons. You are a sparring partner for senior management and you are responsible for developing the department.
• Being responsible for all financial management, accounting and controlling;
• Coordinating monthly, quarterly and yearly closings;
• Having the responsibility for periodical reporting; rolling forecast, budget, cash, etc;
• Developing KPI’s for all critical production activities; costs, pricing, etc;
• Provide supervision to plant accounting staff and train them where needed;
• Ensuring Ad hoc reports and analysis ;
• Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager and the Plant Manager.
Together with our client, a multinational company part of a worldwide leading manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies, we are looking for a Finance Manager. This is a challenging position within an international and fast-growing company, that offers excellent possibilities for both professional and personal growth within an ambitious team.
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance;
• 5 years or more of financial experience in a multinational manufacturing environment;
• Strong background in controlling and preferably in accounting;
• Good understanding of Oracle;
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team;
• Very good English is a must ;
• A mentality to build and develop the department, no 9-5 attitude.
