• Contacting customers to resolve issues on-site or by phone if needed (weekly and monthly).
• Troubleshoot and isolate problems between the operating system and the company's proprietary software to resolve issue for mechanical and electronic machine components and hardware, as well as IT-related software.
• Installation / updating of company's software and hardware (CAM / CAD i.e. plotter, cutter)
• Able to install, trouble-shoot and isolate problems with peripherals, as well as potential mechanical, electronic engineering issues linked to software installed on machines on clients site (advanced knowledge of mechanics and electronics is highly required).
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical and electronic, industrial experience (preferably gained in textile, automotive, printing industries).
• Previous background in industrial manufacturing and understanding of production machines functionality (from hardware to software components).
• General IT knowledge (Windows XP, 2000 and 2003, including networking, as basic for troubleshooting).
• Very good verbal and written skills especially in Hungarian and English.
• Clean driving license (necessary for traveling on site to clients).
• Knowledge in: Windows, Network, Internet, PC and Peripherals
• Technical knowledge in industrial equipments mechanics, manufacturing machines electronics, IT-related environments for industry.
