-Perform and coordinate test and analysis in order to determine the root causes of failures of the PCAs coming out from the fabrication process
-Optimize and improve analysis process
-Solves complex problems with intangible factors in creative and effective ways
-Support operations team in order to determine the root cause of failure from production process
-Support sales team in key-customer projects by providing expertise and connectional technology proposal.
-Conclude on the results of performed tests and analysis, issue the report and advice on corrective actions which would be required in order to solve the failure
-Contribute to technology roadmaps development
-Identify in-house areas requiring
-Consult customer on project base
-Provide training to European operations as need
-Drive international investigation projects
-Excellent knowledge with regards to the indirect materials used for electronic manufacturing process (solder alloys, fluxes, solder pastes, adhesives, conformal coating materials)
-Relevant knowledge of the functions of the equipments and tools used for FA Lab, such as: ion chromatography, FTIR, metallography, SEM/EDX, solderability, etc.
-Excellent reasoning ability - to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
-Strong problem-solving ability - solves problems with intangible factors in creative and effective ways, can work on multiple, complex problems
-Bachelors or Master degree in materials science or physics electronics or production technology or similar education
-Excellent English conversational communication and presentation skills
-Strong knowledge with regards to all PCA manufacturing, repair and test process and equipments
-Computer literate – MS Office
-Customer passion - demonstrates and drives others to listen to, interpret, and exceed customers' expectations - internal and external
-3 years of experience within an Electronic Manufacturing Environment
