Plans maintenance technicians daily activities in order to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
Coordinates maintenance technicians activity (working schedule, technicians allocation per customers, requirements in case of new businesses) per shift.
Establishes preventative maintenance schedules according to the yearly maintenance plan.
Monthly prepares all documentation required to execute and record preventive maintenance and fills in the break down reports and history equipment sheet(card).
Ensures malfunction registration in the breakdown registration software. Periodically prepares analysis reports based on registered breakdown information.
Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
Supports with technical solutions and advises when escalation is performed.
Is participating to production meeting to accomplish the corrective actions.
Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of policies and procedures.
Technical University degree.
Very good knowledge about industrial automations and pneumatics
Familiarity whit the electrical drawings.
Very good mechanical knowledge.
Knowledge of PLC, servo-drivers, servo-amplifiers, invertors, SSR, thermocouples, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word.
Analytical thinking, initiative, planning, organizing and follow up initiatives.
