Use Equipment Design Principles and Standardization.
Generate Equipment Requirements taking into account the folowing aspects:
- Equipment Specification (prepared by Process Design Engineer), maintenance, safety/CE Marking, materials, traceability, Software/PLC/programming, technologies, documentation.
Creates statement of work (Equipment Requirements) for sub contractor to quote.
Benchmarks, audits and recommends source for equipments.
Support the installation and commissioning of equipments, train and support the operational team in their proper use.
Technical University degree.
At least 3 year working experience in a production environment.
Good knowledge of Logic control.
Good knowledge of Pneumatic Circuits.
English language - advanced level.
Knowledge about following equipment's & process:
- Wave soldering, selective wave soldering, robot soldering;
- Scara robots 4-6 axes,
- Automatic camera inspection systems.
- Automatic coating systems (spray / jet/ needle dispensers & dipping systems),
- Automatic handling systems (conveyors, inverters, lift units),
- Ultrasonic welding & heat staking
Automatic depanelization systems (routers);
Knowledge about assembly techniques and equipment's for clusters business.
