- Full Project authority, responsibility and accountability including managing resources in order to achieve the final goals/targets;
- Manage, motivate and control a dynamic multidisciplinary team;
- Provide the customer with products and services, which meet competitive levels of cost and quality;
- Interface with suppliers and customers on a global scale;
- Drive and continuously improve the process and the methods required to provide a world class support to the automotive industry.


CERINTE

- Effective and strong manager with leadership skills and negotiation capabilities;
- First class communication/interpersonal skills, self motivated and able to contribute to the wider aspects of the business;
- Technical university degree (electrical or mechanical engineering preferred);
- Fluent in English , German is an advantage;
- At least two years relevant experience gained within a manufacturing environment.
