Define quality strategies as well as monitoring/ensuring quality processes in all European steering wheel production plants;
Guarantee product quality in cooperation with the responsible divisions;
Take over responsibility for product audits and for all the determination and implementation of further actions in cases of internal or external detected quality deviations;
Manage, coordinate and examine quality processes;
Contact person for customers regarding quality problems;
Ensure compliance with global requirements (Quality Targets);
Participate in the implementation of Design Reviews.
Technical university degree;
Relevant experience in the QA area in automotive industry;
International projects experience & exposure is desirable;
Team management experience – min 3 years;
Target and customer oriented person, possessing high level of quality awareness;
Fluent in Business English. German language represents an advantage;
Willingness to travel abroad
