Establish a backup and recovery processes for applications and related data.
Contact other support groups (GID) regarding Linux and Oracle related maintenance, patching, etc
Develop new modules, functions in Shop Floor (self developed Application) on business needs
Continuous development of ShopFloor implementing new technologies
Communication with different departments connected to the application
Basic level DBA knowledge, understand how Oracle works.
Knowledge of Oracle messaging system: Advanced Queuing (AQ), Messaging Gateway (MGW)
Good SQL / PL/SQL knowledge.
Experience how to use Oracle tools like SQLLOADER, SQLPLUS, DBA studio...
Experience with developer tools like: PL/SQL Developer, TOAD...
Experience on Oracle Application Server, mainly on Apache web server and Portal components. Configuring and tune up...
Experience of APEX (Application Express) development
Experience to develop portal pages, reports, forms, dynamic pages regarding the business needs.
Good knowledge on developing internet / intranet pages using HTML, VBscript, JavaScript, PL/SQL, PSP
Basic Linux (RedHat 3.0) administration knowledge.
Able to develop DOS scripts (.bat, .vbs, .ftp)
Knowledge of barcode printing
Good understanding of business processes
English fluent in spoken and written.
