Role - Debug and repair of products in the Product Line
A. Responsibilities
• Participates in continuous improvement and optimization of debug and repair processes
• Detects, analyses and repaires the failures on products falling out on test
• Coordinates the work of debug and repair technicians
• Provides training on troubleshooting and repair training for debug and repair technicians
• Prepares and maintains technic specific documentation
B. Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
• 10 - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10 - 3+ years of process engineering experience
• 10 - Good English knowledge
Abilities
• 10 – Customer orientation, both internal and external
• 10 – Analytical personality, open to new challenges and readiness to take on new/continuous improvement
• 9 – Leadership skills
