- Builds teamwork & partnership with local E/EDS Plant
- Improves communications with local E/EDS Plant
- Support resolution of Delphi Connection System Product Quality/Process/ Diagnostic Problems (Re-Active)
- Monitor Quality Process (Pro-Active)
- Communicate customer expectations back to Delphi Connection System
- Issue written feedback reports (weekly/monthly) to Delphi Connection System which summarizes problems, corrective actions, & recommendations
Maintain presence at E/EDS Customer location to identify problems associated with Delphi Connection System content
- Review, report, document, and communicate design, quality, electrical integrity, process, packaging and delivery issues/improvements. Communicate to appropriate Delphi Connection System Organization.
- Review Delphi Connection System corrective actions to solve quality or other customer concerns with DCS products
- Monitor timely resolution of Customer Complaints
- Obtain feedback and provide direction through frequent visits to areas where the customer installs, uses or repair Delphi Connection System products
- Technical Studies (at least University graduate)
- minimum 3 Years in E/EDS or 5 Years in automotive Business
- 1-2 Month DCS Training will be provided in Germany after Contract Signature
