RESPONSABILITATI

-Contribute in maintaining a strong relationship with (all) Corporate Customers.
-Technical support consultant for our customers.
-Provide personalized pre-sales support for all Customers for all IT products/services.
-Manage multiple Customers inquiries and investigations.
-Timely, proactive and accurate information delivery to the Customers.


CERINTE

-Candidate should know good german (written and spoken)
-Good computer knowledge (administrative level)
-Good Windows knowledge (Installing the Operating System, partitioning hard disks, knowledge about PC hardware)
-University degree
-System administrative background (Windows Linux) that is a plus
-Should be dinamic
-Smart and extroverted person
