RESPONSABILITATI

Keeps customer relationship after the official start of production;
Elaborates and controls internal documents and customer requested documents after the official start of production;
Actively involved in designing PFMEA;
Identifies and analyses risks, initiates correctives actions, verifies closing of action plans;
Handles customer complaints ;


CERINTE

Technical university degree;
Experience in customer relations in automotive industry- minimum 1 year;
QS 9000/ISO TS 16949, AQP FMEA, SPC knowledge;
PC operating skills – MS Office;
Fluent in English & German, Spanish or Czech language is an advantage;
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
Willingness for travelling at customer;
Residence in Arad county.
