RESPONSABILITATI

Keeps customer relationship regarding product quality;
Elaborates and controls internal documents and customer requested documents related to products and processes quality;
Actively involved in designing PFMEA;
Identifies and analyses risks, initiates correctives actions, verifies closing of action plans;
Handles customer complaints related to products and processes quality;


CERINTE

Technical university degree;
Experience in customer relations in automotive industry- minimum 1 year;
QS 9000/ISO TS 16949, AQP FMEA, SPC knowledge;
PC operating skills – MS Office;
Fluent in English & German, Spanish language is an advantage;
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
Experience as internal auditor ISO 9001 or ISO TS 16949 is an advantage;
Residence in Arad county.
