Representing the company and maintaining relationships with crucial customers in order to optimise the customer service;
Supervising adherence to planned turnovers and covering allowances;
Constantly monitoring and analysing competitors’ activities, the situation on the market of municipal, trade and industrial waste, identifying business opportunities with high covering allowance;
Managing, organizing and coordinating the overall performance of the sales division;
Managing activities of Regional Sales Managers, sales support;
Making decisions on training of employees and their further development;
Managing price and calculation policies;
Preparing budget projects for sales department;
Coordinating post-contracting activities in order to meet customer’s demands to maximum extent.
Manage and coordinates making the bugets in individual cost centres;
Good knowledge of the norms and legislation in force in the area of wastage management;
Professional experience in sales area of minimum 3 years (waste management or public services would be a strong plus);
University studies in Economics or Marketing area;
Driving licence;
Loyal, responsible and willing to travel in Romania and abroad;
Decision maker, able to make sounded, based on facts decisions and take calculated risks
Goal-oriented;
Able to control activity, to set priorities and standards for self and others, delegate responsibilities and follow up on results;
Fast, disciplined, well –organized, analytical thinker;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Very good negotiation skills;
Strong team management skills;
Strong knowledge of English.
