RESPONSABILITATI

Managing activities of Regional Sales Managers, sales support;
Representing the company and maintaining relationships with crucial customers;
Managing and coordinating making the budgets in individual cost centres;
Supervising and managing public procurement procedures and other tenders;
Keeping a continuous overview of the competitors’ activities, monitoring the development of the waste management market;
Managing the plan of commissions, supervising their administration and calculation;
Identifying business opportunities with high covering allowance;
Making decisions on trainings of employees and their further development
Responsible for gaining and retaining customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Responsible for gaining new clients, meeting the budget tasks (turnover), customer service


CERINTE

3 + years experience in sales field [public services field];
University degree in Economic Sciences;
Fluent in English;
Experience in a multinational company [public services field];
Strong supportive and best for the team/business personality;
Availability for business travel in the country and abroad;
Driving license;
Good communication skills.
