Managing, organizing and coordinating the overall performance of the sales division;
Managing activities of Regional Sales Managers, sales support;
Making decisions on training of employees and their further development;
Representing the company and maintaining relationships with crucial customers in order to optimise the customer service;
Supervising adherence to planned turnovers and covering allowances;
Managing price and calculation policies;
Constantly monitoring and analysing competitors’ activities, the situation on the market of municipal, trade and industrial waste, identifying business opportunities with high covering allowance;
Preparing budget projects for sales department;
Coordinating post-contracting activities in order to meet customer’s demands to maximum extent.
Good knowledge of the norms and legislation in force in the area of wastage management, in order to ensure the services on offer are in accordance with the legal requirements;
Professional experience in sales area of minimum 3 years (waste management or public services would be an advantage);
University studies in Economics or Marketing area;
Driving licence;
Loyal, responsible and willing to travel in Romania and abroad.
