Responsabilities:
Develops and implements a human resources management system: internal communication, performance evaluation, personnel training, career plans, recruitment and selection etc.;
Coordinating and motivating individuals/teams;
Guarantee full legal compliance with Romanian laws of all human resources activities;
Requirements:
University degree ¿ psychology, economics or low;
Post university specialisation or trainings in Human Resources would be a plus;
Relevant experience in HR Management ¿ minimum 5 years experience;
A creative and dinamic person, very organized, excellent comunication skills;
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities and positive atitude, result orientation;
Very good computer skills;
English ¿ advanced level;
Driving licence;
Avaible to travel and to relocation in Nadab
