RESPONSABILITATI

- Defineste impreuna cu Managementul companiei strategia pentru managementul CIP si proiectele anuale de imbunatatire
- Promoveza conceptul de imbunatatire continua, motiveaza liderii si participantii la proiecte sa initieze, desfasoare si finalizeze proiecte CI
- Monitorizeaza proiectele de imbunatatire din cadrul fabricii stimuland atingerea rezultatelor preconizate si incadrarea in termenele de finalizare stabilite, raporteaza valoarea economiilor de bani obtinute in urma proiectelor
- Ofera suport in cadrul proiectelor actionand ca moderator, expert in folosirea tehnicilor de imbunatatire LEAN-Six Sigma si element de legatura intre diversele structuri ale fabricii
- Elaboreaza materiale de instruire pentru tehnicile de imbunatatire continua,evalueaza nevoia de instruire,livreaza instruiri specifice (LEAN, VSM, tehnici CI)
- Conduce proiecte /workshop-uri de imbunatatire continua

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
