- Develops & revises financial systems to meet the need of the organization;
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations;
- Provide weekly cash forecasts and manage cash flow;
- Makes recommendations for improving cost control;
-Provide situation reports to the General Manager as required.
- University degree in finance/ accounting;
- Very good knowledge regarding Romanian and international financial and tax legislation;
- Comprehensive knowledge of IAS/RAS and also general business concepts and practices;
-Good command of English language both oral and written;
- PC skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
