The position will be based in Oradea and will have the following responsibilities:
- Financial record
- Payroll management;
- Maintenance of Cash Flow forecast;
- Liaison with outside agencies – bank, customers, suppliers, auditors & accountants;
- Preparation of management accounts;
- Treasury management;
- Customer credit control;
- Working with the local & HQ management to develop financial control and reporting systems to meet the needs of a growing business;
- Any other relevant duties as required by the management.
- University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting;
- Successful work experience of preferably within international environment, at least 3 years;
- Experience in preparing, reviewing and submitting of local and financial tax reports, statutory financial statements.
- Thorough knowledge of legislation issues;
- A pro-active thinker who can identify and maximise new opportunities;
- Self-driven, well-organized and adaptive;
- Fluent Romanian, conversational English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Accountancy/warehouse software.
