Delphi Packard Romania is searching for a Chief Accountant, based at its Sannicolau Mare Operations. We are looking for a senior-level person, able to lead Delphi¿s accounting organization for our Romanian operations.
- significant work experience, including a background in a large and international company.
- comfortable in supporting corporate top management.
- a strong communicator and a capable supervisor.
- strong command of the English language is required.
- knowledge of an additional language, such as German is appreciated.
- US GAAP and statutory accounting background and experience with a common finance and logistics ERP application (i.e., SAP, SCALA, QAD)
- a skilled user of a standard office software package (i.e., MS Office).
- a solid understanding of Internal Control principles (including Sarbanes-Oxley)
- the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
