- Orders materials for production based on customer demand and documents them in BaaN.
- Modifies orders and documentation in case of changes
- Keeps contact with suppliers
- Seeks alternative solutions if material shortage arises or the order is late
- Takes care of the forwarding of ordered material and follows it until it reaches production
- Optimizes inventories, maintain the optimal stock level
- Makes suggestions for cost reduction
- Reviews invoices based on contracts, orders and received materials
-Follows changes of components (ECO), initiates re-coding upon changes
- Comments/prepares weekly/monthly reports (Material shortages, Component price deviation, Extra freight charges)
-At least High School degree
- Relevant experience on a similar position
- SAP / ERP / MRP knowledge
- PC skills ( MS Office )
-English language
