RESPONSABILITATI

• Implement procurement strategy and policies
• Forecast procurement needs
• Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers
• Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved
• Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions
• Maintain procurement files
• Track Purchasing activity and measurements
• Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety
• Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships
• Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications
• Liaise with Financial Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier


CERINTE

• Requires 5 years of relevant procurement experience
• Graduation from and accredited four-year college or university with a degree in procurement, business, or a closely related field
• Strong understanding of procurement processes
• Literacy in Microsoft Office applications and stable computer skills in other pertinent programs
• Strong SAP skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing positive reinforcement and teamwork
• Must be creative, imaginative, have ingenuity and ability to communicate effectively using verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
