For the ARAD, BRASOV AND CLUJ branches, we are recruiting highly professionals in consultancy/management/sales to join our team.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Develop the clients portfolio for the following services: Personnel Leasing, Payroll, Personnel Recruitment and Selection, Training;
-Establish and develop long term partnerships with the clients;
-Coordinate and motivate the local team;
-Provide consultancy to the client in human resources management
-Proven experience in managing a team;
-At least 1 year experience in selling b2b services;
-Excellent communicating and negotiating skills;
-Leadership abilities;
-University degree;
-Good command of English;
-Performance and client oriented;
