Responsible for planning, follow-up and development of the sales actions and activities to existing and prospective customers in the designated area of responsibility: Romania, Hungary
Responsible for the achievement of sales goals and assuring market penetration for all company's Product Divisions/Markets (Automotive Aftermarket).
Responsible for a correct positioning for the short - and long term success in the designated sales territory
Responsible for all aspects of jobbers and distributor follow-up and for all administrative related activities.
Builds specific market opportunities and penetration knowledge through business contacts.
Responsible for maintaining good commercial relations with customers/prospects and providing them all commercial and technical information to help them achieve sales budgets.
Translates strategies into market specific actions to support the company brand and market shares.
Works with customers on management, purchasing and technical level to discuss problem areas or business opportunities.
Performs market studies upon request and collects the required data related to competitive activities.
Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager- Central Eastern Europe.
Works closely with Regional Sales Manager - CEE, Sales Co-ordinators, Product Management and all sales support functions.
Direct sales and promotional activities on importer as well as on jobber level in view of reaching the sales budgets.
Managing the expenses related to the assigned budget.
Has decision-making authorisation within pre-established parameters and company proceedings concerning pricing and commercial conditions.
Linguistic skills (Romanian, Hungarian, English).
Diplomacy, availability, punctuality, product knowledge, discretion, personality, organisational skills, self-motivator / self-starter, market knowledge, the ability to solve problems and to communicate on every level are indispensable in order to do this job properly.
Being methodical, dynamic, having a positive attitude, a good sense of analysis and of synthesis, inquisitiveness and a sense of responsibility are also required. Being able to work independently. Integrity and honesty are a must.
Frequent travel to visit customers and organise joint visits to the end users
Good reporting skills and knowledge of PC basic programs required.
Candidates with industry knowledge will get preference.
