• Managementul retelei de distribuitori locali de o maniera care sa asigure realizarea obiectivelor de vanzari si distributie numerica
• Negocierea contractelor cu distribuitorii locali si cu retelele locale de retail
• Construirea unor relatii profesioniste de colaborare cu toti clientii din zona sa - distribuitori
• Propune si implementeaza actiuni de dezvoltare a afacerii in zona sa
• Implementeaza programele de marketing si trade marketing - nationale si locale
• Monitorizeaza si se implica activ in cresterea calitatii merchandisingului
• Experienta in coordonarea unei echipe de distributie sau a unei retele de distribuitori din piata de FMCG - minim 2 ani
• Cunoasterea pietei de distributie din zona in care urmeaza sa activeze
• Persoana motivata, dinamica, cu atitudine proactiva si orientata catre rezultate;
• Abilitati de negociere, persuasiune si de construire a unor bune relatii interumane;
• Capacitatea de organizare si incadrare in termene;
• Disponibilitate la un program flexibil si la deplasari in teritoriu;
• Cunostinte de utilizare a calculatorului (Word, Excel) si de limba engleza
• Studii universitare
• Permis de conducere categoria B - minim 1 an
