On behalf of one of our international clients that is involved in the Al Haramain Highspeed Railway Project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Testingand Commissioning ManagerRolling Stock (m/f).
Your tasks would be as follows:
• Managing, testing and commissioning of rolling stock
• Leading all tasks related to testing and commissioning rolling stock
• Managing the project scope, the program of works, resource requirements, budgets, quality, safety standards and customer expectations are meet
• Management of the entire project rolling stock from testing to commissioning
• Managing type tests, routine tests and all activities related to design validation
• Monitoring of static and dynamic testing
• Approval of test reports
• Proper documentation and reporting of all testing activities within project lifetime
• Managing the interface to rolling stock manufacturers and ensuring interfaces between differentsystems are integrated
• Coordinating activities with contractors and entities involved to assure efficient, safe and orderlyinstallation of each part of the work
• Performing technical analysis, working design studies, defining working methods and proceduresand the means required and determining the financial target of the project
• Supervision and inspection, testing and homologation monitoring
• Supervision and coordination of work carried out and providing solid expertise
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Conducting all activities according to ISO 9001 and performing IRIS Audits
• Ensuring that equipment operate according to its specification and installed systems are suitablefor operation
• Ensuring safe working conditions
• Ensuring project success regarding to content, costs, quality and time
• Analysing data, monitoring and preparing all necessary documents (information, reports, reviews)
Your Profile:
• University degree (B. Sc. or M.Sc.) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on railways At least 10 years' professional experiences in Rolling Stock, preferable in extraordinary environmental conditions
• International working experience required
• Excellent English skills
• Relevant IT-Skills
• International driving license is compulsory
• Willingness to re-locate to Spain and/or Saudi Arabia for at least two years
