Main responsibilities shall include preparation of PFD¿s, piping and instrumentation drawings, process calculations and studies, process data sheets and instrument data sheets. Preparation of HAZOP packages and HAZOP participation. Preparation of process design documents such as process description, design basis and control philosophies. Individual shall be required to liase with Client engineers and project engineers plus interact with other discipline engineers within the organisation. From time to time site the process engineer may be required to visit site to troubleshoot plant or to assist in commissioning activities. Be prepared to assist with business development and prepare project proposals.
BSc. Chemical Engineering
Registered chemical engineer with an approved institution
Knowledge of process simulation software such as HYSYS and exposure to process control, safety shutdown systems and process plant operation will be preferred
