RESPONSABILITATI

1. Motivate and empower staff and redress their requirements periodically.
2. Train the staff & prepare succession planning for potential candidates and high performers
3. Schedule staff working hours and delegate appropriate responsibilities and monitor their appearance (uniforms, badges, cleanliness and attendance record).
4. Report immediately to the superior or concerned Reporting Manager, of any incidents/irregularities that could effect the operation of the Store.
5. Ensure to have an appropriate & adequate assortment of items in terms of quantity, quality and price range.
6. Ensure that all shelves are properly arranged, filled, tidy regularity, cleaned and properly labeled
7. Make sure that linear display reflects the sales figures.
8. Ensure best purchasing terms are obtained from supplier in terms of purchasing price, rebate and terms of payments.
9. Plan and negotiate promotions frequently in order to get best deals.
10. Study and check the competitor's price level frequently and take appropriate decisions.
11. Control stock carefully and adjust accordingly by monitoring purchase orders and sales.
12. Control the supplier's manpower who perform the role of merchandisers/promoters.
13. Utilize the section's available budget and prepare the monthly report.
14. Check the gross margin and monitor the shrinkage by inventory.
15. Verify and check all due of suppliers prior to authorization of the payments.
16. Ensure that all rebates are utilized.
17. Ensure the adequate implementation of Municipality & Carrefour Hygiene standards (Applicable to Foods Dept. only).


CERINTE

1. Preferably a Graduate in Commerce / Business or Marketing Management with 05 years experience in Retail environment of a large store or wholesaler.
2. Computer literate, dynamic, enthusiastic and mature with a team spirit.
3. Good negotiating, commercial and operational skills.
4. Must be very good in English.
5. Be pleasant and available to customers.
6. Must be a good team player.

1- Annual Air ticket for the candidate and his family (if they come with him) up to 2 - 3 children (depends on his grade)

3- Housing allowance based on his grade and job title

6- Furniture allowance based on his grade and job title
7- 6 working days per week, 8 hours per day. 48 hours per week. One day off per week
8- Annual Paid Vacation: 26 working days for section managers. 30 working days for Department Head
