RESPONSABILITATI

Initiate and conduct engineering, technical support and reliability improvement initiatives, recommendations and advices for machinery throughout the complex;
Develop an effective condition monitoring program for the plant rotating machines as well as fostering effective program implementation;
Provide site technical support to Operation & Maintenance on machinery reliability issues;
Identify and develop a plan to eliminate equipment and machines bad actors.


CERINTE

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
5 - 15 years experience in a similar position (preferably in the refinery or petrochemical industry);
Ability to translate reliability improvement techniques into engineering solutions to improve equipment reliability;
Good understanding of reliability theory and methods of reliability assessment and how to apply the methods to existing equipment;
Good ability to lead Root Cause Failure; - Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions;
Good ability to select and implement predictive maintenance technologies for rotating equipment;
Practical working knowledge of international machinery codes, standards and specifications;
Analytical skills;
Results orientation;
Conceptualization skills;
Leadership skills;
Good written and oral communication skills in English;
Computer Skills;

Basic salary in USD $;
65% of basic salary as allowances for Housing & Transportation;
