Job Title: Sr.QA Specialist
Role: The QA Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide quality strategy compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures to meet quality goals of an organization.
Job Description
► Responsible for defining, planning and maintaining ITIL/ISO 20K service management processes.
► Responsible for monitoring and ensuring QMS processes adhered to and enhanced continuously.
► Responsible for providing facilitation to project teams/Project Managers on project. management tools, configuration & release management, quality reviews, auditing, defect logging and tracking.
► Perform Process Compliance Reviews as per ITIL/ISO 20K/CMMi framework.
► Conduct quality improvement council meetings and highlight the best practices for enterprise applications to drive customer satisfaction and compliance programs.
► Experienced in integration testing of large enterprise application with other applications or interfaces.
► Provide independent assessment of projects & metric performance to Sr. Management and to improve team productivity.
► Design, implement, maintain, and improve the enterprise application testing frameworks.
► Develop processes, procedures, templates for enterprise wide applications.
► Prior experience in any test management tool, Configuration management tool & defect tracking tool is a must have.
► Drive service improvement programs through lean, six sigma tools.
► Publish reports on identified gaps with corrective and preventive actions.
Education & Certification
► Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Applications.
► Trained and certified in six sigma/lean is added advantage
► Trained and certified in ITIL foundation level.
► Trained on CMMi framework & ISO 20K processes.
Required Skills & Experience
► Must have at least 5- 8 years of real-time experience in implementing standard QA process for enterprise applications.
► Should have through understanding of SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle, and Software Defect Life Cycle.
► Must have experience in creation of testing artifacts and exposure to testing best practices, levels, methodologies & processes.
► Must have prior experience of process development and implementation.
► Must have good exposure to industry SOPs and GOPs.
► Experience in creating test scripts using any automation tool will be an added advantage.
