Job Description
We are currently looking for you for DB International GmbH in our Region Near/Middle East for our Al Haramain Highspeed Railway Project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Your tasks
Supervising Overhead Catenary System construction works
Ensuring all actions are performed according to the guidelines and regulations of the project
(Drawings, method statements etc.)
Participating in and initiating meetings with client and contractor
Implementing FAT (Review FAT proposals, prepare & carry out FAT, prepare FAT documentation)
Supervising OCS-Team and reviewing their inspection reports
Reporting all supervision activities performed on site to the Discipline Leader
Providing technical guidance and training staff
Your profile
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on power supply
- At least 12 to 15 years’ experience as Railway Engineer, minimum 10 years’ experience in Overhead Catenary Systems Engineering
- International work experience, especially in high-speed projects
- Excellent English skills
- Adequate IT-Skills
- Willingness to re-locate to Saudi Arabia for at least two years
