Recruiting, training and supervising staff;
Caring out annual staff assessments to review and recommend training, promotions, salary upgrades or probations
Maintaining an asset record file to include initial commissioning, historical service and repairs and forward planning for scheduled
services (crusher, grinding mills, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, rotary kilns);
Planning and arranging in order to ensure stocks are adequate for covering the demand and emergency items are being acquired in the shortest period of time but with due regard for ‘best value;
Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets for overall cost of workshop operations and plant maintenance costs.
Submitting daily reports for the Operations In Commission reporting, on all equipment serviced/repaired, and that which remains in the workshops and the reasons for delay;
Providing recommendations on all Asset Purchase Specifications;
Ensuring the Pro-active maintenance program is in place;
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;
Experience of minimum 5 years in the Gypsum and Cement Industry;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
Advanced level of English;
