IT Planning Analyst

RESPONSABILITATI

Job Summary:
To provide support to the IT Business Operation support and assist the team in planning, purchasing, contracting, staffing, and asset management activities.
Major Responsibilities:
Business Operations
► Works with the IT Planning lead to create Master Plan , Budget Plans, ILDP, and Resourcing Plans
► Helps in the development of Short Form Contracts and Special Consultancy Contracts
► Tracks plans and projects implementations
► Follows on invoice payments
License Management
► Supports the IT purchasing team in the maintenance of software catalogue
► Helps in the maintenance of software database and licenses renewals
► Analyses and tracks IT Software Acquisition performance indicators
Reporting
► Communicates and reports the status of the different IT Plans
► Assembles budget, accounting, charging, and invoicing reports
► Helps the management analyzing and assessing the cost-effectiveness of IT Solutions

Qualification:
At least 5 years of experience in business administration preferably in an educational environment.
