On behalf of the client, we are looking for Head Destressing Foreman for their railway project in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
To implement the execution of the rail works.
Familiar in distressing operation with or without RAILTENSOR for continuous welded Rails.
Knowledge in creep, buckling, Rail/weld fractures in continuous welded Rails
Knowledge in various types of patrolling of continuous welded Rails
Knowledge in Laying and maintenance of continuous welded Rails
Familiar in various types of temperature measuring devices
Knowledge in distressing temperature (td), prevailing temperature (tp), installation temperature (ti) and Rail mean temperature of continuous welded Rails
Knowledge in permitted location of continuous welded Rails
Knowledge in continuous welded force diagram and HYSTERESIS LOOP
Knowledge about function and behavior of continuous welded Rails under abnormal temperatures and Cooling climates conditions
Restoration of repairs: Emergency, temporary and permanent Knowledge in identification of symptoms of failures of continuous welded Rails
Periodical inspection of continuous welded track and their isolation
Knowledge in maintenance of various records for continuous welded Rails
Ability to understand formulas defining the distressing procedure
Knowledge of Thermit welding procedure
Requirements:
10-15 years of relevant working experience in the Rail Industry.
Able to manage and supervise a team of 40-50 workers.
Diploma from Railway Institute.
Fluent in English
