RESPONSABILITATI

Country Manager - Overseeing the day to day running of the respective country business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Country Manager is the profit center head for the country branch and prime responsible for growing SNME presence into a top 3 player in the country.
• The CM is responsible for the P&L performance . Yearly, he will make and present a budget, an investment plan and personal plan.
• He timely creates a highly qualified management team and assures its proper functioning
• He will lead the future start-ups into self-standing units bringing in their own business volume in a profitable way and execute their own operations
• The CM will set KPIs, based on the group targets, for all departments (sales, operations, Maintenance and supporting dep.) and make sure the set targets are followed up on.
• He assures the monthly reporting is in line with the group’s requirements in a timely and accurate way
• The CM is the prime responsible for the group’s safety strategy in his country. In line with the group’s policy, the CM will create a safety plan to continuously improve his safety results.
• He understands the fleet is a very important asset and therefore it’s maintenance is kept at a very high level.
• He makes sure employees get a proper training before they take up their function.
• The CM is responsible for personal coaching of his management team and can bring them to a higher level. He will do the yearly evaluation of his direct reports, and support them to reach their targets.
• The CM defends the interests of the shareholders.
• CM will submit reports to GM/Regional Directors


CERINTE

Education: Preferably Master degree or equivalent
Technical competences: must understand the technical challenges that occur in the company and industry
Experience:
- Min 3 years of experience in a management position with P&L responsibility is mandatory
- Experience in a leadership position is mandatory
- Experience in a management position in an international company is a considerable advantage
- Minimum 5 years in heavy lift or EPCM industry is a considerable advantage
- Experience in a commercial function is an advantage
- Experience in industrial services is an advantage
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic-advantage
Personnel Skill: Good in written and good communicator, good negotiators, player Result, leader and Decisiveness, Strategic / Analytical insight, Senior customer relationship / commercial talents, Communicative, Understanding of Technical / operational challenges of industry
Computer: MS Office, Axapta (Microsoft Dynamics)
