This is a great and rare opportunity for highly motivated and energetic individuals with a Restaurant Management / Supervisory background, who wish to enhance their career and salary.
Our client is a global brand of Quick Service Restaurants, expanding rapidly in 2016. They are looking for 20 management & supervisory staff to work in the UK. Training to brand standards will be provided.
You will have the opportunity to attend face to face interviews with the employer in Bucharest on 22-24 November
A successful candidate will need to fulfill the following requirements:
• Experience at Management or Supervisory level in the Quick Service / Restaurant Industry
• A good standard of English.
• Great work ethos, energy and enthusiasm;
• Ability to both work well in, and lead, a team
• Exceptional customer service skills
Benefits:
• Shift Supervisors: £16,450 per year gross (£7.03 per hour , 45 hrs per week)
• Assistant Restaurant Managers: £18,000 per year gross (£7.69 per hour ,45 hrs per week)
• Restaurant Managers: £24,000 per year gross (after training and once running your own store)
• Significant quarterly performance bonuses
• One free meal per shift

• Subsidised accommodation provided for 3 months (assistance in finding an accommodation after)
