Our client is a global brand of Pizza Delivery restaurants in South East England. They are looking for 6 management & supervisory staff to work in the UK. Training to brand standards will be provided.
You will have the opportunity to attend face to face interviews with the employer in Bucharest on 18 – 19 November
Positions available:
• Shift Managers
• Assistant Restaurant Managers
• Restaurant Managers
As part of the Management team, you will have the drive to motivate and coach the dining and kitchen teams to deliver great guest service as well as the opportunity to develop many other skills including driving sales and controlling costs in order to deliver business profit.
The right candidates will have:
• Previous experience in Pizza Delivery / Quick Service / Restaurant
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Lots of drive & enthusiasm to work in a fast paced environment
• A good standard of English
• Great work ethos, energy and enthusiasm
• Salary package between £15,000 - £24,000 / year (depending on position & experience)
• Accommodation provided (£60 - £ 75 / week)
• Bonus scheme (worth up to £5,000 per year for supervisors, £8,500 for AGMs & £17,000 for RGMs)
• One free meal per shift
