A successful candidate will need to fulfill the following requirements:
• Proven experience on same or similar position
• Advanced level of English

Job Description:
• Leading the team to deliver outstanding service
• Coach and guide new Team Members
• All aspects of cash and stock control
• Management duties including dealing with bookings/functions, rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the Manager’s absence

• Gross Salary: £8 - £10 / hour (£18,720 - £23,000/year)
• Net monthly salary calculated at:
o 40 de ore / saptamana cuprins intre £1,207 (€1,423) si £1,443 (€1,701)
o 45 de ore / saptamana cuprins intre £1,325 (€,1562) si £1,590 (€1,874)
o 50 de ore / saptamana cuprins intre £1,443 (€1,701) si £1,737 (€2,048)
