Group of quality hotel operations which service coach tours. They require experienced hotel managers for their properties. The role is operational and does not involve any financial or forecasting. Duties include liasing with reservations to confirm and plan for all reservations, management and training of staff, ensuring health and safety is maintained, day to day running of the hotel, management of the rooming lists etc. This is a hands on role and not suitable for someone who is looking to be based in an office. Ideally candidates will have cheffing experience but if not they must be willing to be trained to cook to cover this area if they are ever needed to.
Applicants must speak fluent English and have excellent written and reading skills.
The hotels offer traditional British Table d'hote menu of 3 / 3 /3 which runs all season
