• To take responsibility for the day to day implementation of the care tasks appertaining to the holistic needs of the nursing residents in the Home.
• To provide a high standard of nursing care and to meet the needs of residents based on an assessment of their care needs in consultation with residents and their relatives.
• Delegation and supervision of duties to care staff.
• Communication with outside Agencies and Medical Practitioners.
• Ordering of medication and medical supplies and the safe disposal of unwanted medications, in accordance with accepted procedures.

Shifts worked on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7 including early, night and late
shifts, however flexible working is available.
Based at one of our Nursing Service in or , you will provide
care and support to individuals with complex physical and mental health needs,
offering professional nursing support in a person-centred way within a homely
environment set in the local community. You’ll be expected to offer a holistic
approach undertaking a range of clinical and social responsibilities, whilst
ensuring high quality care delivery.
Acting as a named nurse, your duties will include assessing, developing
and implementing care and support guidance, maintaining/developing your
knowledge across a range of procedure/practices, and promoting and upholding
standards according to the NMC codes of practice

Programul este structurat pe trei ture: dimineata, seara si noaptea insa este acceptat si programul flexibil.
Avand baza in una din Nursing Service din Surrey,Taunton (Somerset) or Hampshire , veti oferi suport profesional persoanelor cu nevoi fizice si mintale, indreptandu-va atentia catre fiecare in parte. Va trebui sa oferiti o metoda holistica ,sa întreprindeti o serie de responsabilități clinice și sociale, oferind in acelasi timp o ingrijire de inalta calitate.
Actionand ca o asistenta/asistent medical/a, indatoririle dumneavoastra vor include evaluarea, dezvoltarea si implementarea ingrijirii si sprijinului,mentinerea/dezvoltarea cunostintelor intr-o gama de proceduri si promovarea si sustinerea standardelor in conformitate cu codurile de practica NMC.
